Order data: name, email, phone number (if provided), shipping and billing address, items ordered, order total, and payment confirmation. Payment card details are entered on our payment processor's checkout and are never stored on our systems.

Drop-list data: if you join the drop list, we store your email address and optional phone number to send announcements.

Communication data: emails, support messages, reviews and any other content you send us.

Usage data: pages viewed, referring source, device type, browser, approximate location derived from IP, and interactions with emails and ads, collected through analytics and advertising tags where enabled.

We collect data directly when you place an order, join the drop list, contact support, or submit content. We also collect data automatically through cookies, pixels, server logs and analytics tools.

We use your data to process and ship orders, take payment, prevent fraud, answer support requests, meet tax and accounting obligations, improve the site and products, comply with legal requirements, and — with your consent — send drop announcements and marketing messages.

We process data based on: performing a contract with you (orders); complying with legal obligations (taxes); our legitimate interests (fraud prevention, site improvement); and your consent (marketing emails and texts). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Shopify (store, checkout and order records), our payment processor, our shipping carriers, our email/SMS and customer-relationship platform (GoHighLevel), and analytics or advertising providers (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta, TikTok) where enabled. We do not sell personal data.

We use cookies that are necessary for the cart and checkout to work, and — where enabled — analytics, advertising and social-media cookies and pixels. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser settings or through any consent banner we display.

Order records are kept for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Drop-list emails and phone numbers are kept until you unsubscribe or opt out. Analytics data follows the provider's retention setting. Support correspondence is kept for 2 years.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; and request a portable copy of your data. Contact us to exercise these rights. Every marketing email and text includes a one-click unsubscribe.

Residents of California and other US states with privacy statutes have additional rights, including the right to know what personal data we collect, the right to delete it, the right to opt out of sale or sharing, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

The site is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us and we will delete it.

We are based in the United States. If you access the site from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls and secure hosting. No online system is completely secure; use a strong password and keep your account details private.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
