Shipping

Orders are packed and dispatched in 1–2 business days from Hayward, California. Orders placed before 2pm PT on a business day usually go out the same day. We do not ship on weekends or US public holidays.

US orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, selected at checkout. Typical transit is 2–6 business days depending on distance. Flat rate $7.95; orders over $99 ship free.

A tracking number is emailed when the label is created. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement. If a parcel shows no movement for five business days, email us and we will open a claim with the carrier.

We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. If you are outside the US, join the drop list — we will announce international shipping there when it opens.

Enter your address carefully — we cannot change it once a label is printed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will help you chase them. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier we will replace it, or refund it if the drop has sold out.
