An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock, if pricing was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud or reseller activity.

Products are made in fixed, numbered runs. The stated edition size is the total number made. We are not obliged to restock a sold-out run, and remaining-count figures on the site are accurate at the time of loading but may change while you browse.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and our tax obligations. We may change prices at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

Our packs are storage and organisation products. They are not restraint devices, not load securement for heavy or hard objects, and must not be used to secure anything that could injure occupants in a collision or hard braking. Follow your vehicle manufacturer's guidance on cargo loading and never obstruct airbags, seatbelts, controls or your view.

The Limited Packs name, logo, product designs, photography and site content belong to Limited Packs LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including damage to vehicles or other property arising from improper installation or use.
