Terms of Service

By visiting limitedpacks.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Limited Packs LLC, 23575 Cabot Blvd, Suite 210, Hayward, CA 94545, operates the site.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you are ordering on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. We accept it when we dispatch the goods and send you a shipping confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock, if pricing was listed in error, if we suspect fraud, reseller activity, or if we cannot ship to your address.

Products are made in fixed, numbered runs. The stated edition size is the total number made. We are not obliged to restock a sold-out run. Remaining-count figures on the site are accurate at the time of loading but may change while you browse. Once a run sells out, it will not be reproduced in the same configuration.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, unless stated otherwise. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and our tax obligations. We may change prices at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order. Payment is processed by our payment processor. We do not store full payment card details.

Delivery dates are estimates. Title to the goods passes to you when the order is accepted and dispatched. Risk of loss passes when the carrier takes possession. We are not liable for carrier delays, but we will help you open a claim if a parcel is lost or damaged in transit.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, clean items in original packaging. Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection. Because runs are limited, we cannot guarantee exchanges. See our Returns page for the full policy.

Our packs are storage and organisation products. They are not restraint devices, not load securement for heavy or hard objects, and must not be used to secure anything that could injure occupants in a collision or hard braking. Follow your vehicle manufacturer's guidance on cargo loading and never obstruct airbags, seatbelts, controls or your view.

The Limited Packs name, logo, product designs, photography, site content and trademarks belong to Limited Packs LLC and may not be reproduced, modified or distributed without written permission. You may not use our content for commercial purposes without consent.

If you submit photos, reviews, or other content to us or tag us on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that content for marketing, product development and site content. You confirm you own the rights to anything you submit.

We use third parties for hosting, payments, shipping, analytics and email. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their actions.

The site and products are provided as-is and as-available to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including damage to vehicles or other property arising from improper installation or use.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Limited Packs LLC and its owners, employees and agents from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or products, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these terms at any time. The current version applies to orders placed after the posted effective date. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
